He arrived at the time we had agreed, his friendly and professional attitude were excellent. He was efficient in his task, and gave good advice to solve my problem. Half an hour later, I have hot water again, and at a better than fair cost. I am extremely pleased with Zak's service and would not hesitate to hire again. The work was done promptly after acceptance of his quote, and Zac cleaned up afterward.  His singing is an acquired taste tho'  :-)
