 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My immersion heater was not releasing water to my hot taps. I rang Zak because of his great reviews. He arrived at the time we had agreed, his friendly and professional attitude were excellent. He was efficient in his task, and gave good advice to solve my problem. Half an hour later, I have hot water again, and at a better than fair cost. I am extremely pleased with Zak's service and would not hesitate to hire again. I Would certainly recommend him to anyone who has a problem with all of central heating and plumbing aspects that are a worry to people. Zac showed up when he promised to and provided unambiguous advice leading to the replacement of a boiler and hot water cylinder - which were obviously on the way out!  The work was done promptly after acceptance of his quote, and Zac cleaned up afterward.  His singing is an acquired taste tho'  :-)

Great service from Zac, told him on Friday we had a strong oil smell coming from central heating and he came first thing the next day to fix this and got all our radiators working again! He was so helpful and tried to help solve the problem over the phone, however, did need to come out and fix the problem. He explained what he was doing and was very friendly and helpful.
