1. Overview of the Plan
Aqua Gas Breakdown Cover is a flexible monthly subscription plan designed to protect your home from unexpected plumbing and heating issues.
- Monthly cost: £12.99
- No sign-up fees and no excess charges
- Cancel anytime
2. What’s Covered
As part of your monthly cover, you’ll receive:
- Priority response to heating or plumbing breakdowns
- Fast track call outs when you need us the most. Breakdown Cover members jump the queue and get up to 2 priority call-outs a year, with no extra fees for labour or diagnostics on covered issues.
- Labour and diagnostics included (parts charged separately)
- 24/7 emergency support line
3. What’s Not Covered
Your breakdown cover does not include:
- Full boiler replacements or system upgrades
- Radiator or pipework replacements
- Power flushing, chemical cleaning, or system balancing
- Cosmetic or non-functional issues (e.g. noise without fault)
- Repairs to systems not installed to UK standards or beyond economical repair
We’ll always provide a quote if further work or parts are needed.
4. Payments
- You’ll be billed monthly via Direct Debit through GoCardless on 1st of each month.
- Payments are taken in advance for the upcoming month
- Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of cover
- You can update your payment method at any time
5. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your breakdown cover at any time by emailing us enquiries@aquagascolchester.co.uk
- No cancellation fees
- Your cover will end at the end of your current billing period
