Fast & Reliable Heating Repair: How we Diagnosed and Fixed an Intermittent Heating Issue

A customer was left without heating and hot water after experiencing ongoing issues with their system. Despite multiple visits from other heating engineers, the problem still remained, leaving the customer frustrated and in urgent need to get this resolved. 

With every job, we take a thorough diagnostic approach. Upon arrival, we carried out a series of tests and checks to pinpoint the root of the issue. We ensured the power was reaching the boiler, examined the fuses and inspected the cylinder. Our investigation led us to the room thermostat, which we identified as the culprit. 

Once we had confirmed there was an issue with the room thermostat, we replaced it and conducted a full system check to ensure everything was working and functioning properly. The heating and hot water system was restored immediately.
